Located on the exterior of the Local 11 Chapter Building, the mural represents the union’s members who have dedicated their lives to making the Los Angeles hotel industry successful. The mural showcases chefs, bellmen, washers and waiters, in their working environment, while simultaneously relating their presence and labor to the Los Angeles landscape.
