Los Angeles City Councilmember Paul Krekorian honored Judy with the invitation to join the jury panel for the 2015 Armenian Genocide Centennial Art Contest. Judy enjoyed the chance to view expressions of resilience and memory of the Armenian Genocide of April 1915, which took the lives of over one million Armenians. The votes are in and congratulations to grand prize winner Nairi Bagdasarian for “Pride in the Eyes of a Survivor” (image above).
