Women In Art ~ Herstories presents seven women artists whose work illustrates recognizable stories from women’s history, socio-culture perspectives, and themes relating to the female identity.  In support of Women’s History Month, this exhibition will be open to the public until March 27, 2015.  Women In Art ~ Herstories features a framed pastel figure study and the original drawing of the full mural of “Uprising of the Mujeres.”

This exhibition is taking place at the LH Horton Jr. Gallery at San Joaquin Delta Collage and is curated by Jan Marlese, LH Horton Jr. Gallery Director.
