Today, Judy participated in the “Festival de la Ciudad de Oaxaca.”  Judy is visiting Oaxaca to research for the New Codex: Oaxaca – Immigration and Cultural Memory/Nuevo Codice: Oaxaca – Migracion y Memoria Cultural  exhibition. This touring exhibition illuminates contemporary visual discourse of Oaxaca and inquiry to the impact of immigration to the United States.
